Shipping Info

At the moment we do not allow for local pick up but hope to change that soon.

US SHIPPING:

• Free shipping for all orders over $100. Orders placed by 3pm EST will go into our queue starting that day .
• Our typically processing time for embroidered goods is 5 to 7 days. Time can flucuate with busy times of the year such as the holidays.
• We DO NOT include weekend or national holidays in our processing times
• Custom orders can take up 3 weeks or more depending on how intricate the design is. 

CANADA SHIPPING:

• At this time we do not offer free shipping to CANADA

INTERNATIONAL:

• Free shipping is not available for orders overseas at this time. We use Priority mail service for most if not all of our shipping. Shipping can take 2 to 4 weeks for First Class international. You'll need to excercize patience if you use this method for shipping.
